Travel Documents

To receive a Belarussian Visa you need an Invitation and Voucher from a company registered to accept foreigners at the Ministry of Foreign affairs. Most Belarussian tour companies have this registration.

Visitors to Belarus (and most of the countries of the FSU) are required to register their place of residence at the "passport table" of the police within 3 working days of their arrival.

All foreign citizens traveling to the Republic of Belarus should have a medical insurance. It can be concluded with a Belarussian insurance company or with an authorized foreign insurance company. The insurance certificate (policy) issued by the foreign insurance company should be valid on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The agents of Belarussian insurance companies can provide foreign citizens with necessary insurance agreements and certificates in the largest cities of the Republic of Belarus. The cost of the medical insurance depends on number of days you stay in Belarus. You can learn the exact cost of your insurance police from the table below.

The Ladies

When you place your tour deposit you may begin writing ladies if you like. Your online account will be credited with 25 addresses that you may retrieve using our member retrieval system. Select ladies as you would like to meet and retrieve their addresses. Once you do this you will have a list of ladies you can mail to us for reference.

If you would like to write the ladies prior to your arrival you may just place your tour deposit to retrieve the addresses of the ladies you would like to meet and send your letters to us and we'll deliver them for you. Please take a look at our letter writing tips .

You may choose not to write the ladies and simply meet with them when you arrive. Your secretary can arrange for all your meetings. Simply provide a list of the ladies you want to meet and the schedule you would like to have. You may submit your profile to provide information about yourself we can use to present to the ladies.
